The Cross

“Look unto the Cross - always - look unto the Cross. For whatever burden you bear, that which I bore on the Cross was Infinitely greater. And indeed I bore this burden for you, so that you could cast  ALL your burdens upon me; without exception - ALL; and that you could take my yolk upon you which is EASY and my burden which is light. Again I say: Do you truly see me? Look unto the Cross: this burden - this pain - this sickness of sin - this Death: I took for you.

Oh death where is your sting? Oh grave where is your victory? (1Corinthians 15:55-57) You must rejoice in this truth. For the days are coming when men’s hearts will begin to fail them because of fear (Luke 21:26); and many will cry out to me (God) for answers. Will you be that answer child? Will you be able and equipped to direct them to the One who is the Only answer? To the One who is the Only way. 

You must know this Way for yourself, before you can minister to anyone else: to minister in my name means you must KNOW my name (Jesus meaning Salvation) 

To lead people to the Cross, you yourself must KNOW the cross: that through the cross, I have taken away all of your darkness - the punishment of you sin (1John 4:18); and you have been born again into the Light. You must now walk in this Light

How? By simply trusting in my finished work on the cross: - Colossians 2:12 having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the powerful working of God, who raised him from the dead. 13 And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, 14 by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross. 15 He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.

You must now spread this Light - the message of Salvation- to others;

How? By trusting, believing and RECEIVING this Salvation for yourself.

For trusting in the Sacrifice of My Son is what brings me the greatest joy and the greatest glory. Do not overlook the Cross child; for without it there is no Hope and no Salvation: Do not EVER forget child! For I faced death on that Cross - that you may have Life.”

Strengthen yourselves and build up the wall;
Make the ramparts firm, raise your towers up tall!
Enlarge the place of your tent;
Stretch your tent curtains wide,
For you will spread out and go forth on every side.
Like a mustard seed, that starts out so small,

So now STAND with your brothers,
For the second time round;
To fight for the Kingdom;
To re-claim the ground;
To show the world that I AM good;
To make My Ways straight, and understood!
Open My Gates;
Compel them to come in;
To acknowledge My Name; to repent of their sin;
For to YOU the Keys of Life have been given,
To draw people in to the Kingdom of Heaven:
So hold fast to your faith,
And put ALL TRUST IN ME;
For this, My Bride, is your destiny:
To boldly declare, in the fear and the strife
that I AM THE WAY
              and the TRUTH
                       and the LIFE.

Weakness

 

“And I, when I came to you, brothers, did not come proclaiming to you the testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom. 

For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. 

And I was with you in weakness and in fear and much trembling, 

and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 

so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.” 

1Corinthians 2:1-5

“Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”

When I sing it is with a weak voice 

When I write it is with a weak hand 

When I tell others about you it is with weak and trembling lips and a stuttering tongue. But you will teach me Your Way: to Rejoice in all my weakness - because only then can your strength be made perfect in it. 

“Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. 

And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 

Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”

A Lifelong Passover

These are the instructions for eating this meal: Bind up your loins (be fully dressed and ready to go) wear your sandals and carry your walking stick in your hand. Eat the meal with urgency, for it is the LORD’S Passover. (Exodus 12:11)....In other words: Be ready to go.

...so is He asking me to just leave everything; home job, etc? 

No:  Only that you do not CLING to them. (John 17:15)

“For things of this world will be a snare to you, as they were to My People Israel. But rather, cleave yourself to My Kingdom. Be fully alert; Be hidden in My Blood, clothed with humility, robed in My Righteousness:  Strap the peace of the Gospel to your feet and  be ready to go wherever your Lord YESHUA calls you:

“Follow Me again through the waters of Baptism- of burial: As I dealt with the Egyptians, look! - see how I have already dealt with the enemy of your soul ✝️❣️ (psalm 91:8).

But to you My Beloved Possession, I have promised when you walk through the waters you will not be drowned: They will NOT overwhelm you. Eat and drink of the Passover Lamb ( who is our Salvation) for the rest of your life- not only today. Know that the debt is canceled - for the rest of your life; the ransom on your life has been paid: So follow Me all the Way - for I AM the Way - to Resurrection Life.
